News: Joan Friedman Event

Feedback

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an event with international guest speaker Joan Friedman, psychotherapist specializing in twins and parents of twins. This was held at the at the Nedbank Auditorium on the 20/03/2009. The venue was sponsored by Nedbank and the confectionary by Hanover Bakery.

Dr Joan Friedman

The attendance was great with a total number of 46 attendees. Joan is one of an identical twin. The main message stressed was that parents need to treasure the twinship and nurture each child's individuality.

It was a wonderful evening, one from which we gained much valued insight from her vast experience. Joan has also written a book “Emotionally Healthy Twins”.
