KZN Easter Picnic

The KZN Easter Picnic was held on the 28th of March 2009 at Mitchell Park in Durban. The attendance was great with total numbers of 46 adults and 53 kids. Amongst the multiples were quite a few sets of twins, 2 sets of trips, 1 set of quads and off course our famous Els quints. Besides the hunt for Easter eggs that had all the kiddies (and some dads) very excited, we also painted the little faces like bunnies and issued bunny ears to go with that. Two Easter hampers that were sponsored by Elliot International were raffled out, it was won by Michelle O’Connor (mom) and Erna Viljoen (granny). Everyone feasted on fresh hot-cross buns, tea and coffee, and their own family picnic baskets. All in all it was a very enjoyable day for everyone in this magnificent public park with a little Zoo that Durban has to offer.

SAMBA Spring Picnic Feedback

Thirty six families RSVP’ed for the picnic on Sunday 7 September at Lory Park Zoo.
Three moms were expecting their multiples, three triplet families and the rest twins attended the picnic. We had a wonderful day, the weather was great and the venue kept all entertained. Below we have a few photos taken on the day. Hope to see you at our next function.
